BF Incorporated ("BFI") is a development-stage venture which, when funded, will manufacture "mass-customized" (made-to-order), better knitwear and accessories under the internationally recognized French Rags® brand.

BFI is modeled heavily on the prior success of CEO, Brenda French and her former company, Colorknits, Inc. French Rags® was sold direct-to-consumer, by trained sales consultants via in-home trunk shows. The company was unique in that it manufactured customer orders on-demand, using mass-customization, a manufacturing process by which customers could "configure" their garments....think Build-a-Bear® but for clothing. 

BFI intends to bring a new collection of French Rags® better knitwear and accessories to market, staying true to the all-important "mass-customized" model but this time, selling direct-to-consumer via a sophisticated, graphically-rich and personal E-Commerce experience, and eventually through a limited number of premier specialty stores.

Most, if not all of the products offered by BFI will be configurable to some degree by the customer, ensuring every purchase will be uniquely suited to them.
